BelCare is a commitment to provide outstanding customer service. It is shared by Hearing Aid Specialists and Audiologists at participating Beltone dispenserships throughout North America. The BelCare commitment covers every step of the hearing aid purchase process, ensuring the highest level of long-term customer satisfaction.

What is the BelCare GOLD Plan?
Our “BelCare Gold” Comprehensive Service Plan provides total care for your hearing aid. The plan includes:

  • Quarterly cleaning and adjustments
  • Yearly audiometric screenings
  • Yearly hearing aid evaluations
  • Batteries provided for the life of the hearing aid
  • 2nd or 3rd year warranty plus loss and damage
  • 20% discount on all chargeable services, including out of warranty repairs

Who offers the program?
This program is only offered by Beltone Carolina locations. Backed with over 65 years of experience in the industry, we are the largest dis­penser of quality Beltone products in the United States.

What if my Beltone Hearing Aid should need repair?
Our plan covers all mechanical and electronic defects in workmanship for a period of 2 or 3 years, depending on which product you purchase. After your warranty has expired, as a BelCare Gold Member you are entitled to a 20% discount on all chargeable repairs.

How much does it cost?
The plan is $200 per aid. However, if you purchase a Premium Digital Hearing Instrument, One!, LinQ, Mira, or Edge, then BelCare Gold is INCLUDED! What do you have to lose?

How do I receive free batteries?
Simply stop by the office where you purchased your hearing aid(s) and pick up your packages of Beltone premium zinc-air batteries.

Is there a deductible that I must pay?
There is NO deductible for batteries or normal war­ranty repair service. The loss deductible for the first year is 25%, second year 30%, and the third year is 40%. The loss or stolen protection is limited to one replacement per hearing aid covered for the life of the plan.

If my aid is lost or stolen what do I do?
Contact the Beltone Carolina location where you purchased your hearing aid(s). After documenting what happened to your aid, arrangements for a replacement will be made. That’s all - it couldn’t be any easier!
