I am very pleased with my new Beltone EDGE hearing aids. They are so comfortable I am not conscious of wearing them, and no one can tell I am, because they are not visible.

I can now be part of a conversation without straining to hear what people are saying. They definitely relieve the social tension of asking someone to repeat a word or phrase, especially over the phone. Another great feature I enjoy is the automatic volume that doesn't require adjustments.

Dear Ms. Stevens,

I am writing to let you know that since I changed from one of our local hearing aid facilities, I have been more than happy with all of my experiences with your Woonsocket Beltone office, My First experience began last summer when the “other” hearing aid facility was unavailable to fix my hearing aid device. The office was temporarily closed and had no one else as a backup so I went without hearing for several days. Needless to say after those few days without hearing, of which made me miserable of course, I took a chance and visited your Diamond Hill Road office to see if they could help me. This was the best thing I could have ever done!

Mr. Dan Barchie wand his lovely assistant Doreen were absolutely cordial and welcoming. Dan, without question or hesitation, helped put together what was necessary to temporarily fix my device. Vwala, I was able to hear again! It was shortly thereafter that I decided to switch to your fantastic company Beltone! I was convinced to go ahead and purchase a new programmable hearing device.

Each time I visit with Dan and Doreen, their reception is always truly professional and cordial. With stating so, they both take the time to accommodate my needs without rushing me in and out of the office. My visits have been quite rewarding whenever I just need a cleaning or a programmable upgrade. I know I can stop by anytime and Dan and Doreen are there for me. Now that's a special guarantee for any customer!

I would like to tell you all how much Beltone has made a difference in my life, Thanks. I had worn hearing aids before but nothing like the digital hearing aids; they make hearing so much easier than with analog hearing aids, and the service I get from Beltone is quite an improvement from what I have been receiving. I get prompt and courteous service from Beltone and if I have any problems they are corrected right away. Beltone is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing problem.
